Hello Trailmen and Parents,
If you are interested in attending our Cachuma Lake camping trip this weekend please make sure you register and pay at this (link). The deadline to sign up is today as we need a good headcount for our food purchase. Your payment includes camp site use and troop meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner Friday and Saturday, only dinner Thursday, and only breakfast Sunday). Make sure you bring your own snacks, water, and any special diet restriction meals. Depending on the final count we may ask several families to bring stoves, black stones, ice chests, and/or games.
The youth leadership team will finalize our daily activity plan but in addition to normal car camping gear families should bring their bicycles, fishing poles, football/soccer balls, flags for flag football, frisbee disks, ham radios, hiking gear, etc.
Also, our next regular meeting is Tuesday, March 15, 6:15 PM at Newheart Church.
