Our new season is just around the corner, and we've got important news and dates for you to mark in your calendar for the upcoming season.
Registration is Now Open
We're excited to announce that our Registration for the 2018-19 Season is now open. Click here to register today! As previously announced, our local troop fees are now $100 per trailmen (with discounts for multi-children families), and we are including a Sign-Up fee for new Trailmen to the troop (and for boys promoting from Woodlands to Navigators) to cover the costs of the items given to each Trailmen.
Entire Year Calendar Now Available
Our very first troop meeting is scheduled for August 21st @ 6:30pm, but we've got more than that. Our entire Troop Schedule for 2018-19 has been posted to the website. (Download a PDF here.) There are several important dates to note including our first ever Leadership Academy, which is required for all incoming (and existing) Navigators and Adventurers. (This will only be offered once per year— so don't miss it!)
Troop Dream Team Meeting
Finally, if you are one of our troop leaders (A Trail Life Registered adult) or are interested in being one, we need you for our pre-season "Dream team" meeting in two weeks on Sunday, August 19th @ 8pm at NewHeart. At NewHeart all of our team members are part of our "Dream Team"— and our troop leadership is no different. We will be discussing leadership positions, our upcoming events for the season, and discussing our vision for the 2018-19 season. We will keep our meeting to 60 minutes, so you won't be there too long! In addition, we will be taking photos for the troop website (So our Troop parents will be able to identify our troop leadership easily), so wear your troop uniform shirt or polo If you have one!
