Our Final regular meeting of the year is tomorrow night! (It’s hard to believe our season is almost over). That said, please mark your calendars for our End of Season Awards ceremony (May 17 2022 @ 6:15pm), and plan on bringing the entire family as we celebrate the accomplishments of our Trailmen. As a reminder, our troop fee no longer covers any physical awards— but we will honor and recognize each boy for their earned branches, sylvan stars and badges. Parents: Please plan on sticking around for 15-20 minutes after our meeting this week to look through badges earned and make sure we have all Family Home Activities recorded (for our woodlands boys), or Elective Badges / Service Stars (for our Navigators / Adventurers). While awards can be purchased directly from Trail Life USA, we will also be taking a group order for any pins, badges, or Troop Standards— and payments will be due tomorrow night to ensure we can place the order before our ceremony— so please be prepared for that.
We really can’t operate as a troop without the dozens of dedicated dads (and uncles, grandpas and stand-in dads) that serve in various capacities in our troop! As we conclude our season, we will be honoring our Trailmen, our Dads that serve — as well as celebrating and “sending off” two of our Graduating Adventurers as they embark on the Horizon that is Manhood.
We look forward to celebrating together later this month— and seeing all of our Trailmen this Tuesday night at our meeting.
