For our Trailmen, back-to-school is here, and that means that our new season of Trail Life is about to begin! We’ve got a bunch of great ideas to make this season the best yet, and we can’t wait to get started. While our full event schedule (Hit the Trails and Camping trips) will be finalized after the first meeting of our season, we do have a few dates for you to plan on as we kick off our season. Our regular troop meetings will continue on the First and Third Tuesday’s of each month @ 6:15-8:15pm at NewHeart.
DAD’S MEETING THIS SUNDAY @ 6PM (AUGUST 13TH)
Dads...we want to hear from you as we begin our new season, and we will have our annual "Dad's meeting" this Sunday evening @ 6pm at Pastor Brian’s house. (This email has a wide distribution, so if you need directions or the address, please call or email/text Brian Fox or Ryan Settle for details). In our meeting we will be discussing our troop level positions, troop activities and general troop leadership for this upcoming season. Our troop is only as good as our Dad’s who bring their unique ideas and vision to the troop— so we’d love to see as many dads (and uncles or grandpas) as possible at our event.
FIRST TROOP MEETING - THIS TUESDAY - AUGUST 15TH
Our first troop meeting for the season is this next Tuesday (August 15th) @ 6:15pm. As always, this first meeting is the perfect location to learn more about the troop, and we will have a full parent meeting (for moms and/or dads) to answer any questions about our program, or to help you get registered for the new season.
