Greetings Trail Life Families,

1) Registration is now open for the 2026/27 season— First Troop Meeting - TUESDAY!

Our New season about to Launch, we are now open for registering with the Local Troop for the 2026/27 Season. With support from NewHeart, we are able to keep the Local troop fee to just $65 (and $35 for each additional son from the same family), and registration is now open on the troop site (Register here now!»)

Our first troop meeting will be on Tuesday August 18th @ 6:15pm. Even if you are not signed up as part of the troop, you are invited to come and learn more about the troop and enjoy the first meeting festivities. In addition to the fun activities for the boys, we will have a parent meeting to overview our Troop, Trail Life USA programs, and answer any questions you've got about our program— for new or returning families with questions— this is a great time to learn about the Trail Life Program, and our Simi Valley Troop.

2) Leadership Academy is the Following Weekend

For our Incoming or returning Navigators and Adventurers, we spend some time on intentional Leadership Development each season at leadership academy. As we previously announced, this season’s Leadership Academy will be held on Saturday August 22nd from 1-4pm @ NewHeart Church. This is a mandatory meeting for our Trailmen, so please let me know if your son is unable to attend for some reason.
