Our Integrated patrols do their best to record accurate attendance at each meeting...but if you need to correct attendance, or to report a Family Home Activity that you've completed with your Trailmen, use the form below. (Note that 2 weeks prior to awards ceremony, awards can be given only if we've got them in our supply– If updating closer than 2 weeks out, your son may receive an "IOU" award as we place the order for the pin or other award necessary.)

Please specify the date or correction for our attendance records
Elective Badge and/or Service Star*
Note— Elective badges must be signed off by The Troopmaster and your Trail Guide and a board of review must be conducted prior to awarding. For Service Stars, please indicate where these service hours were completed (community organization, church, etc) and how many hours were completed. Note— 15 hours per service star for Navigators, and 20 hours per service star for Adventurers)
Family Home Activity*
Specify the date completed, and which item and makeup step was complted (See your handbook Pages 29-100 for FHA's for each patrol) (For example: Visiting a Historical Boat is an eligible step to makeup for a Fox on the Heritage branch, and it s the first one listed, so its considered #1 (see page 36 in your guide). Two activities are sufficient to make up a single missing step or hit the trail activity for each branch needed.
